Order Processing & Shipping Policy

The company processes daily order cut-offs at 10:30 AM, as detailed below:

  • Orders received before 10:30 AM will be processed and shipped on the same day.

  • Orders received after 10:30 AM will be shipped on the next business day.

Shipping is carried out daily, except on Sundays.

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Bangkok and metropolitan areas: within 2–3 business days

  • Other provinces: within 3–5 business days

  • International shipping: Delivery time depends on the selected shipping provider and destination country.

The company reserves the right to adjust delivery timeframes without prior notice, depending on logistical circumstances and external factors.

Order Cancellation Policy

Customers may request to cancel an order before the daily order cut-off time (10:30 AM).
Once an order has been processed and dispatched, no cancellations will be accepted under any circumstances.
